LDC's ALWAYS WANTED LIST

We URGENTLY want to buy any John Baines Ltd cards, shields, beermat collections, large or small for our continuing research. Any address Manningham, Bradford, Barnsley or Gillingham. Loose cards preferred but  even cards stuck in scrapbooks or albums considered.

We also buy Postcard Albums and old family photo albums, we buy Cigarette card collections, trade card collections, bubble gum cards, in fact any old interesting paper ephemera that interests us and we will buy it. Did I also mention we do buy Baines Shields ?

We will visit to view large collections or alternatively collections can be sent for our appraisal. Please ring or email with details in the first instance.

Please bear in mind many of the bulk issued 1930's cards by the major manufacturers (Wills, Gallaher & Players Etc.) currently carry little or no trade value. Cards need to be loose, not stuck in albums and they should have four good square corners and have no creases or signs of damage.  The ideal cards are for example Taddy, Smith, Glass, Faulkner, Baines etc.
